Processing Times – Greeting Card Orders

We aim to complete orders on the next working day (Mon-Fri) therefore if you order on a Friday or at the weekend your order will be processed on the following Monday.

We do not complete orders on bank holidays as there are no collections

At busier periods such as Christmas we may extend our processing times to 2 working days

We are not able to offer a guaranteed delivery date, or next day delivery

All orders are completed on a first come, first served basis

Personalised Prints & Wedding Stationery

Processing time for all prints is set at 2 working days, Wedding Stationery orders will vary based on the size of your order

Photo prints & Wedding Stationery require approval before we dispatch your order, after purchasing please send an email with a photo attached (for photo prints). If we receive no response by the dispatch date we will assume no changes are needed and dispatch your order.

If we do not receive a photo we will get in touch and extend the dispatch date, if there is no response your order will be dispatched without a photo

All other personalised prints will be completed with the information provided, however if you would like to see a proof copy please just leave a note with your order.


All cards are sent in hard backed envelopes clearly marked ‘do not bend’ via Royal Mail

It is not possible to track your order once it has been dispatched.

Return / Refund Policy

If you have a problem with your order please let us know and we will attempt to resolve.

Refunds will be given only if we are at fault, please double check spelling and grammar before placing your order if ordering a personalised item.

If the delivery address provided is incorrect we will not be able to provide a refund or replacement.

Personalised orders are non-refundable & non-returnable (unless defective)

If you wish to return a non-personalised item please please let us know and do so within 28 days of purchase, when we have received the item we will process the refund.

If your order is delayed, a replacement will be provided if you have not received your order 10 working days after dispatch


We will only use your delivery and billing address, and contact information to communicate with you about your order, to fulfil your order and for legal reasons (like paying taxes)

All information is kept on a password protected computer

Paper copies of invoices are kept for our own records in a locked container

We will never pass your details on to any third party or use your information for any other reason than to contact you about your order
